Since 2019, I have worked as a video journalist for Voice of America, producing over 100 video news stories on tech, the environment and general news for VOA's international audience. VOA stories reach an estimated 326 million people, in 40 languages, over broadcast TV, web and social media. My current role draws on years of experience as a videographer, editor, writer and interviewer on documentary projects for PBS, Discovery, MSNBC, Reuters, the Smithsonian Institution, The John F. Kennedy Center, AFL-CIO, Marriott International, and many others.
A graduate of Rhode Island School of Design's film program, my fine arts background enhances my approach to camerawork, motion graphics and exhibition media projects for venues including the Smithsonian, Whitney Museum of Art, Martin Luther King National Site, The Corcoran Gallery of Art and the Denver Art Museum.
I'm equipped with a video production package with a variety of cameras, stabilizers, mics and lighting gear, and am a daily user of the Adobe Creative Suite as well as other post-production software.
